This is just a quick message to let you know that these official AEF forums have been upgraded to the first preview of AEF 1.1.0.

There are still a lot of changes to be made, including plugins and more Akismet functionality - along with a whole new default theme. We're getting there, however! :D

An upgrade to a second preview release is expected within the next week.

~~(Please note that the shoutbox is currently broken. This will be fixed soon)~~ Fixed by SAFAD ;)

No one, No longer can reproduce the bug...
Was an issue with the database, and now its fixed ;)

Nice but we get an error "Pleas enable your cookies" when we use the login on the top of the template you must fix it.
I used to open the login page to logon.

Hi, Shaun, I put a fix for this in the repository so it should be updated here this week (hopefully)

For now please make sure you log in on anelectron.com/board, not www.anelectron.com/board

Just wondering when 1.1.0 will be released? and i hope there will be the confirmation code in registering. i have nothing but spam bots registering in my forum

fdude4, current developpers dont put much attention to make spam protection even i ask them during years, sorry. I suggest you to use 1.0.8 version because it's most stable now or to pay someone to make antispam question mod.

By saying not putting much attention on spam protection you mean We integrated Akismet (still needs a bit more enhancements) and making our own awesome algorithm of Captcha that is undetectable by any OCR detection tool out there... SURE !

i tried installing the conformation box by googling it and i found a few but i didnt really understand how to put the code in. im more of a hardware guy when it comes to computers. what did u use for these forums?
