I am trying to code my own external login script but i cant get the sessions to work right. Basically  i want to bridge aef and the my other script. So when they login on the main site they login to the forums and vise-versa.

I know in the login script the session is made with the following
PHP Code

 $qresult makequery("INSERT INTO ".$dbtables['sessions'].
                     SET sid = '"
                     uid = '"
                     time = '"
                     data = '
                     ip = '"
                     anonymous = '"

so you want
when you login in your OTHER script
you stay logged in in AEF ?

First you need is to modify your OTHER script so it logins Based on the forum DB
then you make Session
And Not Forget to define Cookies (i didn't read alot of the AEF code so am not sure about cookies)

Best Regards
